Lastly the brown holster is jhg 41 marked on the back and is WaA286 accepted. The loading tool is E/135 accepted and is in primo condition. The pistol came with two identical, fxo, extruded mags with black plastic bottoms and each one is E/37 accepted in two places. I'm far from being an expert but may be able to say a word or two about Luger pistols. The highest serial reported up to date is 3800n IIRC. Civilian Mauser Banner 42's maybe, but byf 42? I'd believe it when I see and handle each and every one of them. Hard to believe there is a stash of 50 consecutive numbered byf 42 P.08's out there. Your byf 41 three digit serial number, was made after the 'z' suffix concluded and started again with no suffix.
